About the job Organizational Development Manager

The OD Manager will lead organization development initiatives that improve structure, capability, engagement, and overall business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement OD programs related to organization structure, culture, engagement, change management, and leadership development.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend practical interventions.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action planning, and culture-building programs.
  • Support change management activities for business transformation, process improvement, and organizational alignment.
  • Track the effectiveness of OD initiatives through measurable outcomes, feedback, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 7–10 years of HR/OD experience, with at least 3–5 years focused on organization development, culture, engagement, change management, or talent management projects.

  • Strong experience in organization development, change management, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Experience leading OD projects, culture programs, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Able to translate business needs into practical people and organization solutions.
  • Willing to work full onsite in Pasig on a day shift schedule.
