Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join a growing recruitment and human capital solutions company based in Makati.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various technology and digital positions. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced recruiters who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment.

Candidates must be willing and able to report to our Makati office daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage or support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and profile assessments
• Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Work closely with recruitment leaders and clients to meet hiring requirements and timelines
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
• Work toward individual recruitment, endorsement, and placement targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of recruitment experience
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in IT recruitment are encouraged to apply
• Experience in IT, technical, executive search, agency, RPO, or staffing recruitment is an advantage
• Familiarity with technology roles and terminology is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication, coordination, research, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City from Monday to Friday
