- Direct the day-to-day operations of assigned teams, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with US healthcare protocols, patient safety guidelines, and operational standards.
- Oversee key operational functions, including scheduling, patient navigation, patient resource support, provider support, revenue cycle, and accounts receivable, to deliver efficient, high-quality services for designated patient, provider, and employee populations.
- Provide oversight of clinical operations, as applicable, ensuring adherence to US healthcare protocols, clinical safety requirements, quality standards, regulatory obligations, and the timely delivery of appropriate care.
- Coordinate administrative operations, as applicable, by maintaining service accuracy, supporting provider-related activities, ensuring data and reporting integrity, and meeting productivity and service expectations for scheduling operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through goal setting, performance management, regular feedback, and career development initiatives.
- Function as the primary liaison between shared services teams and US healthcare leadership, fostering effective communication, operational visibility, and alignment with business objectives.
- Cultivate high-performing teams by encouraging collaboration, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous professional development.
- Champion process optimization and operational improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, evaluating performance metrics, and acting on stakeholder feedback.
- Assess evolving operational requirements and introduce process enhancements that support business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Maintain compliance with established quality, service, and regulatory requirements across all assigned areas of responsibility.
- Facilitate organizational change by leading teams through transitions with clear communication, empathy, and a focus on adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required for Administrative Operations roles).
- At least seven (7) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
- Previous experience working within a global captive center or shared services environment.
