Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop lasting business relationships. The role focuses on selling staffing solutions to U.S.-based organizations, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Establish strong, ongoing relationships with leads and potential customers.
  • Record sales activities in Salesforce and keep tasks, accounts, and related information accurate and current.
  • Maintain complete and accurate information in sales reports.
  • Share prospect needs, challenges, and pain points with the placement/recruitment and account management teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Participate actively in training and remain receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience

  • At least two years of sales experience in staffing solutions, healthcare, or a general business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to clients based in the United States.
  • Previous experience selling staffing services to businesses; healthcare staffing experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships successfully.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong decision-making skills, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A U.S.-aligned spoken English accent is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Gmail, Salesforce, and RingCentral is a must.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Time Clock Wizard is a plus.
