We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Operations Head to oversee multi-branch restaurant operations for a growing hospitality and casual dining business. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations leader with strong experience in managing high-volume restaurant operations, driving profitability, improving operational efficiencies, and leading large teams across multiple locations.

Candidates must come from established big casual dining brands or large multi-unit restaurant groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant branches.
  • Drive sales performance, operational excellence, and profitability across all stores.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, guest experience, food quality, and service excellence.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs including sales, labor cost, food cost, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Manage and mentor Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and strengthen leadership pipelines across operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, food safety standards, audit requirements, and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training.
  • Lead store openings, operational improvements, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Handle operational escalations, crisis management, and business continuity concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and overall business improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HRM, or related field.
  • At least 10–15 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably within large casual dining or multi-brand restaurant groups.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.
  • Proven experience handling:
    • Multi-unit restaurant operations
    • High-volume stores
    • Large team management
    • P&L accountability
    • Business expansion and store openings
  • Strong background in casual dining operations is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience managing Area Managers and Store Managers across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel for branch visits and operational requirements.
