We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Operations Head to oversee multi-branch restaurant operations for a growing hospitality and casual dining business. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations leader with strong experience in managing high-volume restaurant operations, driving profitability, improving operational efficiencies, and leading large teams across multiple locations.
Candidates must come from established big casual dining brands or large multi-unit restaurant groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant branches.
- Drive sales performance, operational excellence, and profitability across all stores.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, guest experience, food quality, and service excellence.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs including sales, labor cost, food cost, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage and mentor Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers.
- Lead performance management initiatives and strengthen leadership pipelines across operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, food safety standards, audit requirements, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training.
- Lead store openings, operational improvements, and process standardization initiatives.
- Handle operational escalations, crisis management, and business continuity concerns.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and overall business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HRM, or related field.
- At least 10–15 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably within large casual dining or multi-brand restaurant groups.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.

- Multi-unit restaurant operations
- High-volume stores
- Large team management
- P&L accountability
- Business expansion and store openings
- Strong background in casual dining operations is highly preferred.
- Must have experience managing Area Managers and Store Managers across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, hands-on, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel for branch visits and operational requirements.
