Job Summary
The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness initiatives, talent development strategies, culture-building programs, and workforce transformation efforts across the organization. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen organizational capabilities, improve employee engagement, and support business growth in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development programs including succession planning, competency framework development, and performance management initiatives
- Design and implement employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational structure and recommend workforce optimization strategies
- Develop leadership development initiatives and career progression programs
- Analyze organizational health metrics and recommend data-driven interventions
- Facilitate organizational diagnostics, team effectiveness sessions, and capability-building workshops
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to align OD strategies with overall HR objectives
- Support organizational change initiatives related to growth, restructuring, and digital transformation
- Ensure OD programs are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Organizational Development
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Must have experience working in a Tech or IT company
- Strong background in organizational design, talent development, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience handling large-scale organizational initiatives is highly preferred
