OVERVIEW
We are looking for a capable and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to help drive employee growth, build organizational capability, and support business performance through impactful training solutions. You will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to assess learning needs, create development programs, and ensure our people have the skills and knowledge to thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments and business units
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify competency gaps and development priorities
- Translate organizational requirements into effective, targeted learning solutions
Program Design and Development
- Design and develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and other learning resources
- Build programs that cover technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral competencies
- Ensure all learning content aligns with organizational goals and competency frameworks
Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions
- Coordinate both internal and external training programs
- Support onboarding and new hire development initiatives
Learning Administration and Monitoring
- Manage training schedules, participant enrollment, attendance tracking, and records
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and training databases
- Prepare training reports and dashboards for management review
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
- Analyze learning outcomes and recommend program enhancements
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Talent and Leadership Development
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs
- Assist in the rollout of competency frameworks and career development initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement and organizational development efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Development
- Hands-on experience conducting training needs analysis and developing learning programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to create training materials, learning modules, and competency-based programs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, BPO, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
