Salesforce Technical Consultant

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant with both functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform. The role will support Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization
  
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud
  
• Manage profiles, permission sets, custom permissions, and security/sharing rules
  
• Design custom objects, fields, tabs, record types, and page layouts
  
• Work with custom settings, metadata types, and custom labels
  
• Create reports and dashboards
  
• Configure validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and Flows
  
• Perform data entry and data cleansing as required
  
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials
  
• Work with connected systems and integration platforms
  
• Conduct technical reviews and system demonstrations
  
• Provide second-line Salesforce support and handle escalations
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
  
• Knowledge of Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ, and AppExchange integrations is an advantage
  
• Experience with workflows, Process Builder, and Salesforce Flows
  
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is desirable
  
• Experience with Gearset, GitLab, or other deployment tools is an advantage
  
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery in an Agile/Sprint environment
