We are looking for a Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence to lead complex buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. The role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, work closely with global/onshore teams and senior stakeholders, and provide insights on key financial and transaction-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements from planning through final deliverables.
- Oversee transaction workbooks, data room activities, document requests, and financial analysis.
- Lead and review Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like, and other transaction analyses.
- Review FDD reports, financial summaries, exhibits, and management presentations.
- Lead client and management discussions and present key findings.
- Work closely with global/onshore teams to manage engagement requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify key financial risks, trends, and transaction issues and provide actionable insights.
- Manage engagement resources, priorities, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Review work prepared by Managers and junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Support proposals, scoping, pitches, and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Requirements:
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 10–14+ years of Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory experience, preferably from Big 4 or equivalent firms.
- Strong experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions with international/onshore teams.
- Proven experience leading multiple engagements and managing teams.
- Strong expertise in Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and financial statement analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts, including UK GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
