Academic & Learning Operations Head

Location: Metro Manila
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in academic leadership, corporate training, hospitality education, or a related field, with significant leadership experience
• Strong background in faculty/trainer management, development, performance management, and capability building
• Proven expertise in curriculum and content development for structured academic or learning programs
• Experience overseeing training facilities, classrooms, laboratories, and learning operations
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training/learning analytics
• Experience in implementing learning systems and monitoring program participation and completion
• Strong understanding of hospitality education, academic operations, or structured professional training
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for academic and learning operations
• Lead and develop faculty, trainers, and academic teams
• Oversee curriculum development, program quality, and learning content
• Ensure effective management of classrooms, laboratories, training facilities, and other learning resources
• Drive the adoption and effective use of LMS and digital learning platforms
• Monitor learning delivery, faculty performance, program effectiveness, and training metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance academic and learning programs
