Information System & Technology Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Software Developers and Infrastructure personnel.
• Provide technical leadership across internally developed systems and applications.
• Remain actively involved in Software Development, coding, and system design when needed.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining internal systems.
• Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business requirements and organizational priorities.
• Provide direction on system architecture, development standards, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and communicate technical initiatives effectively.
• Mentor and develop members of the IT and Development team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Software Development and hands-on coding.
• Experience in system design, architecture, and internally developed/custom-built applications.
• Proven experience leading and managing Software Development teams.
• Strong technical leadership combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
