US Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements for U.S. financial services clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, and wealth/asset management organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements from planning and risk assessment through execution, review, and final deliverables.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and relevant auditing standards to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and develop audit teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Review workpapers and deliverables while ensuring compliance with quality and professional standards.
• Communicate engagement status, issues, and recommendations to both clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm supporting U.S. teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong experience with U.S. GAAP and the full end-to-end audit process.
• Experience managing Financial Services Group clients, particularly hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, and wealth/asset management.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and client management abilities.
