The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns, leads online content development, and translates campaign data into actionable insights to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns to support business goals for assigned projects or brands.
  • Take the lead in content development across the brand's online channels, including the website, social media pages, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments and coordinate with external partners such as advertising, media, digital, and research agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
  • Real estate background is an advantage but not required.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and simplify complex data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
