Azure PaaS Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure PaaS Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, configuration, and delivery of cloud-based applications. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. You will serve as the technical lead for the project while driving best practices and supporting the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of cloud-based applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architecture and solution design.
  
• Ensure applications are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business requirements.
  
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while promoting best practices.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, scalability, and security.
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and application architecture.
  
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
  
• Experience integrating Azure PaaS services into enterprise solutions.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Azure environments.
  
• Familiarity with Windows Server or x86-based server operating systems.
  
• Exposure to cloud security principles and managed security services.
  
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative software development environments.
