Role Overview
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent sourcing initiatives that build robust candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. This role leads sourcing operations, market intelligence efforts, and employer branding initiatives to ensure a sustainable flow of high-quality talent aligned with current and future business needs. The position partners closely with recruitment and business leaders to drive proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in talent sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Highly preferred: Experience within telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing programs and talent pipeline initiatives across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong expertise in candidate market mapping, talent research, competitive intelligence, and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and talent communities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience leveraging recruitment analytics and sourcing metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing strategies to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Lead proactive talent mapping, workforce market analysis, and pipeline-building initiatives for critical and high-volume roles.
- Establish and maintain talent communities, candidate pools, and succession pipelines for key business functions.
- Monitor labor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and talent availability to provide strategic insights to business leaders and recruitment teams.
- Drive sourcing innovation through the adoption of new tools, technologies, and talent attraction methodologies.
- Partner with Recruitment Managers and hiring leaders to understand workforce demands and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and mentor sourcing specialists and researchers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Develop and track sourcing performance metrics, including pipeline health, candidate engagement, sourcing channel effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR and marketing teams to enhance talent attraction efforts.
- Ensure sourcing processes comply with company policies, employment regulations, and diversity and inclusion objectives.
