Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Associate to support business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate has experience in business-to-business sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and business partners
  • Conduct sales presentations, product discussions, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
  • Monitor client needs and coordinate with internal teams for account support
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage
  • Open to candidates from different industries with corporate sales experience
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
