Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the overall brand direction and growth. This role is responsible for developing brand strategies, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong market positioning to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage brand positioning, identity, and messaging consistency
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
- Oversee product launches, promotions, and brand activations
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to drive brand growth
- Monitor brand performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
- Guide and mentor junior brand and marketing team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Proven experience handling end-to-end brand campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or distribution industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
