Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper merchandising of the assigned area.
• Stay updated on current beauty trends, promotions, and new product launches.
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or beauty is an advantage.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City or Taguig City.
