Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days work-from-home, 2 days onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, establish strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and possess a strong background in developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue and expand market presence. Candidates with experience in the advertising industry are welcome, although applicants from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities
- Develop and execute business development strategies and sales initiatives
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while pursuing new business opportunities
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports and business updates to management
- Maintain a strong understanding of market competition and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related functions
- Experience in the advertising industry is an advantage, but candidates from other industries are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales and business growth targets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
