Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify business trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational results.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of new store openings, expansion projects, and other business investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
  • Enhance financial reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and lead the development of the Management Accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar finance function.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Experience in the restaurant, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
