Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational excellence, and compliance.
  • Drive revenue growth and improve profitability by effectively managing operating costs, resources, and overall business performance.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experiences by upholding food quality, service excellence, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Review financial and operational data to identify trends, develop action plans, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams while working closely with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations or holding a senior leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple restaurant outlets in a branded restaurant, food service, or hospitality organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Strong business and financial management skills, including experience with P&L accountability, labor planning, and food cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading teams in high-volume restaurant environments.
