Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all cost accounting activities, including product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support business performance.
  • Ensure accurate product costing by managing raw material, production, and finished goods costs to guide pricing and profitability decisions.
  • Perform cost, contribution margin (CM), and yield analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and overall business performance.
  • Strengthen cost accounting processes, systems, and internal controls while leveraging SAP to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of managerial experience in cost accounting, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong expertise in product costing, inventory management, cost analysis, and manufacturing finance.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP for cost accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations.
