Job Summary
The HR Shared Services & Service Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and employee servicing functions to ensure efficient delivery of HR support across the organization. The role manages onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, workforce deployment coordination, and HR process compliance while ensuring excellent employee experience and operational efficiency.
This position serves as a key liaison between HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure manpower requirements, employee concerns, and HR processes are executed accurately and within service-level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Shared Services Operations
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee movements, documentation, and offboarding
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and employee records
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR procedures
- Handle escalated employee concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain HR documentation, databases, and employee files
Workforce Fulfillment
- Coordinate manpower deployment and fulfillment requirements across operational teams
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations to monitor staffing requirements and deployment timelines
- Track fulfillment metrics including turnaround time and deployment completion
- Ensure seamless onboarding and endorsement of newly hired employees
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise HR Shared Services staff and coordinators
- Conduct coaching, performance monitoring, and process alignment sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR service delivery standards
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare operational dashboards and workforce fulfillment reports
- Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements
- Recommend automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Workforce Management
- Experience handling high-volume HR operations is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and employee lifecycle management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
