About the job Connectivity Lead Product Manager
The Connectivity Lead Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, management, and optimization of fixed-wired internet and connectivity products. The role oversees the full product lifecycle, from strategy and product development to launch and performance monitoring, ensuring products align with market demands and business objectives. The position also works closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success, improve customer experience, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
- Create and maintain product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive landscape
- Identify new product opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential market segments
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept development to post-launch optimization
- Define product specifications and service levels aligned with customer requirements
- Establish and document product processes related to ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, assurance, and after-sales support
- Monitor product-related resources to optimize utilization and manage costs
- Validate demand forecasts to support infrastructure planning and business viability
- Monitor pricing and cost structures based on market conditions and competition
- Support Sales and Support teams through product training and enablement
Market Analysis & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and product data to support product decisions and improvements
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies within the telecommunications and connectivity space
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and support teams to ensure successful product execution
- Communicate product strategies and initiatives to stakeholders across different levels
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely implementation of product initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze product usage and customer behavior data to improve product features and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the telecommunications or internet services industry
Strong understanding of telecommunications and networking technologies, including broadband, fiber optics, and data communications
Experience handling products for local and global markets
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including pricing and cost management
Proven experience in launching and managing products
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong data analysis capabilities
