Job Summary

The HR Sourcing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end talent sourcing operations to support large-scale and specialized hiring requirements across technical and corporate functions. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing sourcing delivery teams, and ensuring continuous pipeline generation for critical positions within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing operations team in delivering qualified candidate pipelines for technical and business support roles.
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Partner with Recruitment Managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis within the Technology and IT industry.
  • Drive sourcing process improvements and optimize sourcing turnaround times.
  • Monitor sourcing metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong passive candidate networks for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, data privacy policies, and hiring processes.
  • Mentor and develop sourcing specialists and researchers to improve team capability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have experience working in a Tech or IT company.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in technical sourcing, market intelligence, and talent acquisition operations.
  • Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
  • Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
