Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and optimization of restaurant management systems (RMS) to ensure reliable operations, accurate reporting, and system performance across all branches.
  • Lead inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, inventory accuracy, forecasting, and optimization to support business needs.
  • Manage supply planning processes to ensure timely procurement, replenishment, and product availability across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to drive system enhancements and adopt best operational practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant systems, inventory management, supply planning, or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory control, demand planning, and operational analytics.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency within the restaurant, retail, or food & beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
