Full Stack Developer Consultant/Lead Jr. Consultant (Azure Background)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and cloud-based solutions. This role involves working across both front-end and back-end technologies, building scalable applications, integrating services and APIs, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and secure software engineering principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions while continuously enhancing technical capabilities and exploring emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Python and/or Java.
  
• Design and build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
  
• Create and maintain APIs, business logic, and database integrations to support application functionality.
  
• Integrate applications with third-party services, platforms, and databases.
  
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to iterative software delivery.
  
• Apply secure software engineering and DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Support the planning, implementation, deployment, and operation of development and DevOps solutions.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
  
• Evaluate and explore Generative AI capabilities for potential integration into software solutions.
  
• Collaborate effectively with team members and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
  

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
  
• Relevant cloud certification, with a foundational cloud certification required.
  

Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development using Python and/or Java.
  
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
  
• Hands-on experience evaluating or integrating Generative AI technologies into software solutions.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and its core libraries.
  
• Experience working with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  
• Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile practices.
  
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  
• Hands-on experience managing DevOps processes across planning, implementation, and operational phases.
  
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and secure software development best practices.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  
• Understanding of DevOps principles and operational practices.
  
• Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
