Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical FP&A Head to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a growing F&B and retail-driven business. The role will oversee commercial finance operations and partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability, financial performance, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate comes from well-known FMCG, retail, or food service organizations with strong exposure to FP&A, commercial finance, and multi-brand operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Oversee management accounting activities across multiple brands and business units.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business growth.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs including margins, operating expenses, and business profitability.
  • Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and planning processes.
  • Manage and mentor Management Accounting and FP&A teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion plans, investments, and business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Must be a CPA or CMA.
  • At least 10 years of finance experience with strong exposure to FP&A and commercial finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role handling finance teams.
  • Background from FMCG, retail, QSR, or F&B industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling multi-brand or multi-business financial operations.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management accounting.
  • Highly analytical with strong business partnering capabilities.
