We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role will manage end-to-end campaigns across digital (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns) and traditional channels (events, activations, outdoor ads). Moreover, the role involves using analytics to optimize performance, collaborating with creative teams and cross-functional departments to drive growth and support regional initiatives. This role will manage teams, budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives; lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and post-campaign evaluation while ensuring brand consistency across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee digital initiatives, including Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns, and content execution. Utilize digital analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Traditional Marketing & Activations: Manage offline initiatives such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising (e.g., billboards); coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and partners for marketing executions.
- Team & Budget Management: Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6–8 direct and indirect reports. Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and supplier coordination.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Operations teams to support revenue growth and market expansion, providing marketing support for branch-level and regional initiatives.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare reports using performance metrics and customer feedback to guide strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to digital marketing and brand management
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics; basic knowledge of design principles
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
- Background in Retail, FMCG, or multi-brand environments is preferred
