Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager will drive integrated marketing strategy and execution to build brand awareness, generate customer acquisition, grow vehicle sales, and strengthen the company's market standing. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in integrated marketing, branding, digital marketing, and campaign management, ideally within automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets

Spot market opportunities, customer segments, and growth levers to expand brand reach and market share

Track industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to refine marketing efforts

Brand Management

Maintain and build the brand across all channels and customer touchpoints

Drive initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, perception, and loyalty

Manage integrated campaigns for new vehicle, product, and service launches

Campaign Development & Execution

Plan, run, and assess integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, TV, and experiential channels

Lead seasonal promos, dealership campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and events

Measure campaign results and refine future initiatives based on performance data

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

Oversee digital strategy across social media, email, SEO, SEM, display ads, and the company website

Monitor traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics

Partner with internal teams or agencies on digital content, video, and multimedia production

Market Research & Consumer Insights

Research customer preferences, buying behavior, and industry trends

Analyze competitor marketing, pricing, and promotions

Convert customer feedback into actionable marketing recommendations

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team

Delegate tasks, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth within the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field

5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role

Automotive industry background strongly preferred

Solid grasp of integrated marketing, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management

Track record managing multi-channel campaigns and product launches

Experience with dealerships, distributors, or retail networks is a plus

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and MS Office

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy
