What You'll Do
As the People & Culture Development Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and driving HR excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Partner closely with senior leadership to execute organizational goals and people strategies.
- Translate business objectives into measurable HR initiatives and department priorities.
- Monitor organizational performance through key metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Talent Development & Organizational Growth
- Design and implement leadership development programs for current and future leaders.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and create learning and development initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and career development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and employee engagement.
Employee Engagement & Total Rewards
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote collaboration, recognition, and retention.
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and recommend competitive reward strategies.
- Develop and enhance employee benefits and wellness programs suited for a remote workforce.
- Coordinate company-wide engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and recognition programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Support employee relations by providing guidance on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and employment documentation standards.
- Monitor HR metrics, turnover trends, leave management, and employee engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate HR processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence through structured process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
- At least 5 years in an HR management or leadership role.
- Strong background in Human Resources Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
- Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, manage change, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
- Technical & Operational Skills: Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a mandatory requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
