About the job Content Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination across content, creative, and campaign teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives. This role will drive operational excellence through effective program management, governance, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled efficiencies within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day program manager coordinating content channel leads/specialists, creative resources, vendors, and campaign teams
- Manage intake and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Maintain program plans, project trackers, risk/issues logs, and delivery schedules
- Facilitate stand-ups, production checkpoints, approvals, and cross-functional meetings
- Implement and maintain operational standards and governance, including templates, checklists, version control, accessibility, and compliance reviews
- Prepare status reports, executive summaries, KPI dashboards, and leadership/QBR presentation materials
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors regarding timelines, deliverables, SOWs, and budget tracking
- Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive remediation plans
- Champion continuous process improvements and support AI-enabled workflow enhancements while maintaining governance and accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, creative operations, or content operations
- Experience working in enterprise and/or regulated environments preferred
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and brand/compliance review processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, RACI frameworks, SLAs, stage-gate delivery models, and dependency/risk management
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional project workflows
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable preparing KPI reports, dashboards, leadership updates, and business review presentations
- Experience using AI tools within content or marketing workflows with attention to governance, compliance, and accuracy
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are an advantage
