SaaS Lead Product Manager

Location: Pasig City

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift

Overview

The SaaS Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products within the portfolio, delivering productivity and digital solutions for consumer, SME, and enterprise customers — balancing product strategy with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle of SaaS offerings within the portfolio.
• Define roadmap priorities based on customer needs, market gaps, and commercial viability.
• Lead build vs. buy vs. partner evaluations for SaaS products.
• Collaborate with IT, Enablement, and vendors to deliver scalable, market-ready solutions.
• Work with Product Partners and Marketing on pricing models, packaging, and launch strategy.
• Track adoption, engagement, churn, and profitability metrics to continuously inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or digital product commercialization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and lifecycle metrics.
• Experience managing third-party software vendors or platform partnerships.
• Data-driven and commercially minded approach to product decisions.
