We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and capability-building programs across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing learning strategies that support business objectives, strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills, experience in talent development, and a passion for driving organizational growth through impactful learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's Learning and Development strategy aligned with business priorities.

Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across various functions and levels.

Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development frameworks.

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build targeted learning solutions that address organizational needs.

Manage onboarding, technical, functional, leadership, and soft skills training programs.

Oversee learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact measurements.

Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and learning interventions when required.

Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and learning partners.

Lead succession planning, talent development, and high-potential employee programs in collaboration with HR and business leaders.

Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative learning methodologies and technologies.

Manage the L&D budget and ensure effective utilization of learning resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs.

Strong background in leadership development, competency frameworks, and talent management.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Ability to analyze learning metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Experience supporting organizational transformation, change management, or capability-building initiatives is an advantage.
