About the job PMO
Are you an organized and detail-oriented project professional who can keep multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverables on track? We’re looking for an experienced PMO to support project planning, governance, reporting, and coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with established standards.
What You’ll Do
- Support project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, action items, and governance artifacts with proper version control.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to provide clear visibility of project performance.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, risk management, audit requirements, and change control processes.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
- Support resource tracking and allocation across project activities.
- Assist with financial reporting, including project costs, budgets, and related tracking requirements.
- Coordinate project onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage and monitor system access administration and ensure timely access provisioning and deactivation.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action items through completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting, documentation, and governance practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a PMO or Project Management Office role.
- Strong experience in project coordination, reporting, governance, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, or priorities simultaneously.
- Experience preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports.
- Knowledge of risk management, change control, audit, and project governance processes.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with resource and financial tracking is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
