Job Summary

The HR Business Partner Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement across technology and operations teams. The role is responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation.

The ideal candidate must come from a Technology or IT company environment and has strong experience supporting fast-paced and highly dynamic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and retention strategies
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR shared services teams to support manpower requirements
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to management
  • Handle complex HR cases and provide strategic HR solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have experience working in a Technology or IT company
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale operations is an advantage
