The Recruitment Manager leads the end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines for corporate, technical, and regional operational branches. Operating out of the Reliance IT Building in Pasig on a hybrid schedule, this leadership position sits within the Talent Acquisition department. The primary focus is managing a high-performing recruitment team to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets and business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the full-cycle recruitment team, ensuring strict adherence to Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives and functional heads (Network Engineering, IT, Finance) to accurately balance resource forecasting and workforce planning.
  • Systems Optimization: Optimize internal recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to create seamless dashboards, automated workflows, and clean data tracking.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Design data-backed hiring strategies for niche tech roles, specialized fiber infrastructure engineers, and regional field support.
  • Process Standardization: Oversee the standardization of behavioral interviewing, candidate screening, compliance routing, and competitive offer package structuring.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition leadership role, with direct experience handling specialized tech, network engineering, or telecommunications hiring.
  • Skills: Strong executive presence and analytical mindset, with a proven track record of driving recruitment decisions via real-time data dashboards.
