We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across the organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing strategy alignment to offer management and onboarding coordination.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive both strategic and operational hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment process across assigned business units.

Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.

Manage recruitment team performance, productivity, and capability development.

Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies with high-quality candidates.

Oversee sourcing strategies in coordination with Sourcing Managers.

Drive recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).

Manage offer negotiations, compensation alignment, and candidate closure.

Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Develop and implement recruitment policies, standards, and best practices.

Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics for reporting and decision-making.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Handle critical or executive-level hiring as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

6–10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in corporate or high-volume environments.

Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Experience in leading recruitment teams and driving performance targets.

Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
