Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, increase vehicle sales, and strengthen the company's market position. The ideal candidate has a strong background in integrated marketing, brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution, preferably within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and sales targets.
Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine marketing initiatives.
Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Develop initiatives that improve brand awareness, customer perception, and brand loyalty.
Manage the launch of new vehicle models, products, and services through integrated marketing campaigns.
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, television, and experiential channels.
Lead seasonal promotions, dealership campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and special events.
Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing initiatives based on performance insights.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and website management.
Monitor website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Work with internal teams or agencies to produce compelling digital content, videos, and multimedia campaigns.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, buying behavior, and emerging industry trends.
Analyze competitor marketing activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Delegate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Foster collaboration, creativity, innovation, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
Experience working with dealerships, distributors, or retail sales networks is an advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into business strategies.
