Clinician Consultant
Job Description:

Location: Fairfax, VA, United States.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide personalized outpatient individual and family treatment, with hybrid opportunities available.
- Deliver child-sensitive, developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions that respect gender differences and cultural diversity.
- Set your own schedule, with after-school, evening, and weekend hours often requested to meet client needs.
- Preferred candidates are committed to maintaining a minimum caseload of 12+ weekly client hours.
- Utilize a diverse range of treatment modalities for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Modalities include Expressive Therapies (play, sand, art, yoga), EMDR, Filial Therapy, Sensory Integration, CBT, and Theraplay, among others.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Virginia Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- At least three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Advanced training or certification in trauma treatment, expressive therapies, or play therapy (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills to seamlessly integrate into a supportive, dynamic team.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
