Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training Cia. Ltda., is a boutique firm focused on C-Suite, Directors, and Executive Search, founded in Ecuador in 2012. Between 2012 and 2015, we were successful in opening services for the Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Food & Consumer Goods, and Retail industries. In 2016 our company invested and opened a new office in the financial area of the city of Quito.

In 2018, the company expanded to Miami, Florida, as Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training LLC, which is wholly owned by Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training Cia. Ltda. Its CEO Jessica Alcívar and VP and partner Rodrigo Rekalde are also members of the Board of Directors of a holding company in Ecuador, which started with a lot of energy and activities based on their network of contacts and professional experience.

Our management team has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on RECRUITMENT & HEADHUNTING, and EXECUTIVE SEARCH services for executive positions in Latin America and the US.
