About the job Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Support in all admin work such as booking rooms, organizing meetings, calendars, calls, etc
provide assistance to the CEO office manager and work closely to achieve the required task
respond to all requirements as assigned
Provides clerical support to all EBCians and Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of assigned tasks
Performs other duties as assigned.
monitoring the stationery inventory with the messenger to ensure all office material is available
monitoring payment of management bills as required in coordination with the messenger , then the process of submitting all bills to finance
