Business Analyst – Issuing Products

Job Purpose

The role of the Business analyst is to understand Techno-functional requirements and to make them understandable for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Job Accountabilities

• Understand and Analyze business requirements provided by SD team/products.
• Create backlog (map requirements into User stories)
• Preparation of functional specification document.
• Preparation/documentation of product features in product backlog
• Manage walkthrough/queries with internal business teams.
• Manage queries from technical team about the functionality and business use.
• Result validation post development of a feature/functionality.
• Work closely with Developers and testers as one unit to ensure that there is no gap of requirements.
• Support upgrades and understand the scheme requirements.

Experience / Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems
• 4+ years’ experience of payments domain in roles of developer/tester or business analyst
• 3+ years of experience as a BA in payment domain.
• Very Good command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of agile methodology
• Knowledge of Agile technologies, experience to work in scrum along with other roles.
• Excellent communication skills
