Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical professionals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates.
Conduct phone, virtual to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical assessments or coding tests as needed.
Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and project needs.
Provide insights into the competitive job market and recommend hiring strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and negotiating offers.
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skills in demand.

Must have experience in technical roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, DevOps).
