NOC Engineer

Junior NOC Engineer is responsible for Execute CCTV Network components installation, operations and upgrade ensuring full CCTV network control on the Bank Data Centers and Remote Branches Key responsibilities

1.Provide Level 2 support for branches/head offices network/communication problems forwarded by the Service Desk team in order to promptly resolve any issues/complaints raised by any customer or branches" staff accordingly maintaining customer satisfaction.

2.Provide Level 182 support for ATMs network/communication problems forwarded by the ATM

Operation team in order to resolve promptly any issues/complaints and maintain high stability for the ATMs connectivity.

3.Closely monitoring both branches and ATMs network availability and redundancy, in order to maintain high branches/ATMs network stability and availability.

4.Working closely with the network team for handling all the critical network issues relating to branches, head offices, Internet, and ATMs/POS.

5.Track/report the network performance and communication quality for branches and ATMs 

6. Follow up with the providers and Telecom if any communication problem hits any branch or

ATM, and provide fast reply

alternative communication solution for

branch/ATM having major prolonged communication failure, to maintain the maximum stability

Background

Bachelor Degree Of Communication /

Computer Engineering

Engineer: Minimum 0-2 Years of experience in Data Networking, Senior Engineer: Minimum

3 Years of experience in Communication

Technical support

CISCO certificates is preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, or equivalent)

Good Knowledge in Networking, preferably

CISCO products and technologies;

Routing & Switching (Routing protocols such as

MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)

Network Security techniques (Encryption, dotix, DMVPN)

Good knowledge of SDWAN and SDLAN

Knowledge of Huawei network devices is an asset.

Work closely with the communication team for the new communication line installations.

Ensure that both branches and AIMs Network components are maintained at the appropriate patch and software levels as per Vendor support matrix and recommendations to minimize operational risks, comply with PCI and implement if necessary according to the skills

Good command of English and Arabic
