Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Lifecycle Management:

Support the selection and onboarding of vendors.

Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation.

Performance Monitoring:

Conduct regular vendor reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks.

Contract & Relationship Management:

Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to draft, review, and manage vendor contracts.

Foster strong working relationships with vendors in different technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, IT, legal, etc.) to align vendor performance with business needs.

Support regional and global vendor strategies while addressing local market challenges.

Cost & Efficiency Optimization:

Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose vendor consolidation or renegotiation strategies where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in vendor management, or partner operations, preferably in the technology sector.

Strong understanding of contract management and vendor governance.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a multinational tech or enterprise environment.

Certification in supply chain or vendor management (e.g., CIPS, PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
