IT Security Access Management Officer

IT Security Access Management Officer support Identity Management technologies implementation, maintenance and integration. In addition to managing and implementing Privilege access management (PAM) solution

Key responsibilities:

Demonstrate Identity Management product expertise in building and configuring respective solutions, in order to avail bank services in a secured way according to bank policy

Handle the technical implementations on Identity Management solutions to ensure effective and accurate implementation.

Ensure effective identity access platforms management and highlight where applicable potential impacts on platform availability as well as information confidentiality and integrity, in order to ensure proper and secured Identity Management lifecycle.

Ensure integration with HR system to map employees in the corresponding departments in the Active Directory.

Help reduce IT workload through a self-service portal for AD password management.

Implementing and Managing privilege access management tools.

Implementing and Managing MFA solution.

Typical skills, and background::

Bachelors Degree of Communications / Computer Science or equivalent

2 - 7 years of solid hands-on experience in different security fields System, Network, Data, Application, Infrastructure security, Identity access management and privilege access management solutions.

Experience administering Federation Services and Single-Sign-On technologies is a plus

Detailed knowledge of directory server and protocol technologies (Radius, TDS, and AD) and similar protocols


Very good understanding of data, application, Infrastructure & network security concepts & technologies.

Advanced Cyber and IT security knowledge.

Advanced understanding of Cyber and IT security risks, threats, and prevention measures.

Advanced security system analysis skills.

Advanced understanding of security standards and best practices.

Advanced risk assessment and management skills.

Outstanding knowledge of computer systems and networking.

Good familiarity of the latest security principles٫ techniques٫ and protocols

Good Knowledge in database standards and policies
