About the job SharePoint Administrator Engineer
Key responsibilities
Performs routine maintenance tasks for SharePoint servers such as backups, patch management and hotfixes.
Manage SharePoint lists, library, Permissions and basic SharePoint Foundation sites, My Sites, Newsfeeds and Search queries.
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including Sites, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
Managing and support SharePoint Online using the Microsoft 365 Administrative Tools.
Monitors health of SharePoint servers and provides appropriate recommendations, when required.
Monitor SharePoint servers Performance.
Managing services and scheduled jobs.
Monitors system-operating capacity in terms of disk space, tape storage, memory and CPU utilization.
Collaborate with business teams to digitize its workflow process.
Providing technical support by addressing user concerns and resolving bugs.
Implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Holds training sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint As Power User.
Provide support services across multiple products through service level agreements (SLAs)
Bachelor's degree in communication engineering or computer science,
Up to 2 years of experience.
Preferred SharePoint Administration.
Preferred Power Automate and Power App Knowledge
Preferred ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core framework Knowledge
Preferred HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages knowledge.
Testing and debugging skills
Preferred Back-end basics such as APIs and SQL knowledge.
Preferred Search engine optimization knowledge.
Responsive design skills.
SharePoint Server - (Plan, Install and Configure SharePoint Server Solutions)
Managing and support SharePoint Online using the Microsoft 365 Administrative Tools
Is able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
Is able to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious software problems.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and achieve targets
