Product Designer (UI UX )

Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences, understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Conduct & document user research, usability tests & make adjustments based on user feedback
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and deliver customer-centric products that address user needs
• Translate concepts and requirements into wireframes, user stories, user journeys, style guides, design systems, design patterns, prototypes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive and friendly user experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Create and revise information architecture documents and diagrams
• Design a cohesive product. Use brand guidelines and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Work closely with the brand team to make sure the design reflects the brand
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features, following best case practices and higher conversions.
• Create original graphics when necessary
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Stay up-to-date with new techniques, technologies, and trends to deliver cutting-edge yet functional and seamless designs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience
• Extensive experience in UI & UX design, especially for mobile applications
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High user empathy and obsession with quality and user experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing Arabic and English interfaces
• Prior fintech experience is a plus
• Experience in user research and testing is a must
• Proficiency in English
