Full stack tech lead

Were Hiring: Technical Team Lead (.NET Core & Angular)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide the engineering team by applying best practices (Agile, TDD, CI/CD, code reviews).
Actively participate in software development (backend & frontend).
Propose, design, and review system architecture and technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and ensure expectations are met.
Manage the software development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
Technical Requirements
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Visual Studio.
Strong experience with Angular 2+ (preferably Angular 4+).
Solid grasp of Design Patterns, MVC, Onion Architecture, and Dependency Injection.
Hands-on with WCF, WebAPI, MSSQL, and Entity Framework.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive front-end development.
Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, and continuous integration.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Exposure to Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging.
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality software projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Awareness of Web Security and secure coding practices.
Experience with TFS, JIRA, GIT, and BitBucket.
Familiarity with Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, DDD, SAGA Pattern.
Working experience with MongoDB.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum 6 years of relevant development experience.
